Description

Atlas ZW 330 is a high-quality, rapid-set levelling mortar ideal for repairing and levelling building substrates. Perfect for both indoor and outdoor use, this versatile mortar allows for quick subsequent work, such as tile bonding, within just 5 hours at a 5 mm thickness. It is formulated with the highest quality cement binders, quartz fillers and refining additives, ensuring high mechanical strength and durability.

Main Characteristics

  • Enables tile bonding within 5 hours (5 mm layer).

  • Fibre reinforcement minimises cracks during setting.

  • Compressive strength of min. 20 MPa and bending strength of min. 4.0 MPa.

  • Suitable for layer thicknesses from 3 to 30 mm in one pass; extendable up to 60 mm with sand.

  • Ideal for cavity filling, wall levelling, corner reconstruction and more.

Technical Details

  • Application Thickness: 3 to 30 mm in one pass; extendable with sand up to 60 mm.

  • Coverage: Approx. 15 kg of dry mix per 1 m² per 10 mm thickness.

  • Packaging: 25 kg paper bags.

  • Drying Time:

    • 5 hours for a 5 mm layer.

    • 10 hours for a 10 mm layer.

    • 20 hours for a 20 mm layer.

    • 48 hours for layers greater than 20 mm.
